Its like Hunnasgiriya. Oh man, i miss hiking! :( Miss spending the mights on a tent in middle of no where.. I miss the goosebumps undet the mist

Hi KP, I was missing you. Thank you for the beautiful photo. I am learning about shading the tea plantations and perhaps these trees are good candidates.
I will be visiting some trees and caves late summer this year (Kings Canyon) which is home to some of the largest trees in the world.
At the moment I an bed ridden and studying :) after an Snow boarding accident. I usually heal fast!

This is actually right opposite side of Hunnasgiriya of Knuckles, but climate and vegetation almost the same. Nothing like ‘spending the night in a tent in middle of no where’ :)

I moved to my new house recently, which I was building for the last 1.5 years. So last few weeks I had to do lot of minor work before moving in and didn’t have time to do my normal trips. Anyway now all are back to normal :)

Those trees must be redwoods right? Yes, shading the tea plantation is important and there are special types of trees like Gliricidia that fit to this purpose well

Great to hear that you like this picture. Yes, the area is one of my favourite too. It never seizes to surprise you whenever you travel through this area. Sometimes this area get covered with mist in a flash like this.
