it is so peaceful, the mist makes it look so cool and touching heaven, really pretty

This looks a good spot for observing birds of prey. Cool capture, although you've been unlucky with lighting.

Mist capped mountains are the best! Beautiful capture K.

That tree on the far right looks quite artistic, great for a bonsai.

Mystical! Beautiful!! What a moment... What a place!

Magerata,
Thanks. Hope to see photos of redwood forest when you get back.

George,
Glad you like it!

Jingle,
Thanks a lot!

Betchai,
Yes, the mist always adds a mystique feeling :)

Gallicissa,
Yes, lighting should have been better. I saw an eagle or hawk (dunno the exact specie) faraway while going towards the falls. These high mountains must be their homes.

Harumi,
Yep, it is quite attractive. Down below the tree you will see a small tea estate.

Carol,
Thanks a lot!

I really like the glimpse of the tree branch in the foreground! And, the misty mountains are beautiful. I can feel the humidity that creates that scene!

Stunning! I love how the mountains are wreathed in mist. There is an air of sacredness. The branch in the foreground adds the finishing touch.

The mountain is so high that it is covered by mist. Be careful when you climb it. You may encounter a white wash (forget if this is the right name). A friend and his group climbed a mountain, the clouds came down, when it was lifted, he was gone.

Harshi said...

Really? So that's what it was. And I wondered how nature could neatly line up those shrubs. lol

All i can say is WOW!

...and thank you, for sharing. :)

Amila,
Thanks mate!

Ann,
Yes, mist or cloud cover at high mountains is quite common but your story? Very spooky! :)

Harumi,
Yes it is tea bushes nicely trimmed and taken very good care of :)

Amaris,
You are most welcome!
