Wow... The sun was really trying to peek through those clouds, wasn't it??? What a fabulous shot.

Eye of sauron with inverted colours? The curved trail of lighted clouds is brilliant. Is this Arugam Bay?

Do not know why: I have a dream last night. It looks silimar.

Lovely shot K! You went there for the regatta?

K, you all ways do such a great job capturing these scenes. I love this picture. The goldish highlights the sun is throwing out is amazing. Good work K!

Cheers!

Betsy,
Yes, the cloud did the trick! It covered the sun entirely during the sunset..

Sigma,
Thanks a lot :)

Hillevissan,
Thanks a lot for your comments!

Tammie,
Yes, it is more of a cloud show than a sun show :)

Loshini,
This is Thissamaharama, South of Sri Lanka.
Arugam Bay is in the East, quite faraway from here.
Yes you are correct! It is inverted colours of the eye of sauron of Barad-dûr ;)

Rainfield,
Ha..ha.. you may see similar view very soon :) No bad omen at all!

J Bar,
Thanks :D

Chavie,
No, I was there last wk end. No regatta, but I saw some car and motor bike racing in Thissa. :)

Me-shak,
Thanks! Thought it was quite a unique display of lights emanating from the clouds. But
I think your recent images of sunset are much better :)

Thanks all for your comments!

What a beautiful sky. The colors in the sky are softly muted and the reflections in the water are nice.
